JAY – Officer Richard Caton IV was named employee of the quarter for the months from April through June 2004 at the Jay Police Department.

Caton was recognized for his professionalism and dedication to the department, Chief Larry White Sr. stated in a release.

“He displays a high degree of tact and diplomacy on the job,” White said. “Officer Caton is a team player and is always willing to assist his fellow officer. His quality of work is consistently high. He is a great asset to the department and is well respected by his peers and supervisors.”
