CONCORD, N.H. – Mabel L. Webster, 82, died Wednesday, Aug. 11, at Pleasant View Center – Genesis Eldercare after a period of failing health.

Born in Concord, N.H., the daughter of Edwin and Maria (Josson) Lindgren, she was a graduate of Concord High School.

She and her husband, Tom were married in 1946. Except for 15 years when she lived in Auburn, she lived in the Concord area. She and her husband and family summered at their home at Lake Winnipesaukee for over 30 years.

She worked for many years at the Bank of New Hampshire. She was a lifelong member of Concordia Lutheran Church and was an active member of West Concord’s large Swedish community.

Survivors include two sons, Peter Webster, of Concord and Philip Webster, of Loudon, N.H.; one daughter, Ann Tate, of Saco; and two grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas G. Webster in 1996; a brother; and a sister.
