LEWISTON – The wedding of Shelley Marie Daigle and Seth Elliot Thomas Hopkins was held at noon on June 12 at Thomas Memorial Baptist Church. Pastor Mike Allen officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Hopkins is the daughter of Roland Daigle and JoAnn Daigle of Lewiston. Mr. Hopkins is the son of Tom Hopkins and Connie Hopkins of Pennsylvania.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a simple gown with A-line skirt and train and she carried a bouquet of lavender, lilac and pale blue flowers.

Amy Lawson, friend of the bride, served as matron of honor and bridesmaids were Kristen Kaufmann, friend of the bride, and Marcie Hopkins, sister of the bridegroom.

A friend of the bridegroom, Kyle Vanover, was the best man and ushers were Charles Penzien, friend of the bridegroom, and Matthew Daigle, brother of the bride.

A reception followed at the home of the bride’s parents. The couple is residing in Lexington, Ky.

The bride is a graduate of Lewiston High School and Asbury College in Wilmington, Ky.

The bridegroom attended Pennsylvania schools and Asbury College in Wilmington, Ky. He is manager at Chick-Filet in Kentucky.
