FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

Matthew R. Haeberle, 21, of Wiscasset was charged with being a minor transporting liquor Feb. 15 in Carrabassett Valley. He was fined $300 and his license was suspended for 30 days.

Stephen Haines, 31, of Phillips was charged with driving without a license expired more than 90 days April 16 in New Vineyard. He was fined $200.

David L. Haley, 47, of Rangeley was charged with failing to extinguish fire April 19 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

John C. Hamilton, 21, of Mount Vernon was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia April 20 in Stratton. A $100 fine was suspended. For a charge of possession of marijuana April 20 in Stratton, he was fined $200.

Jerry M. Hansen, 24, of Phillips was charged with driving a motor vehicle after revocation Dec. 27 in Phillips. He was fined $500 and was sentenced for 48 hours.

Jeffrey A. Hargreaves, 28, of New Vineyard was charged with driving a motor vehicle beyond class restriction March 11 in Farmington. He was fined $75.

Rodney S. Harlow, 32, of Turner was charged with harassment Feb. 21 of Jay. He was fined $150.

Joel S. Harper, 23, of Southwest Harbor was charged with reckless conduct Jan. 1 in Carrabassett Valley. Probable cause was found.

Brian K. Harrington, 19, of Livermore was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer March 20 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Carl C. Harrington, 21, of Jay was charged with possession of marijuana April 10 in Jay. He was fined $250.

Aaron Harvey, 22, of Auburn was charged with criminal trespass Feb. 9 in Farmington. He was sentenced for 60 days and his probation was partially revoked. Jeffrey Johnson, 37, of Temple was charged with violating protective order and with violating condition of release Feb. 20 in Temple. Both charges were dismissed.

Jeffrey B. Johnson, 37, of Temple was charged with terrorizing Dec. 28 in Temple. The charge was dismissed.

For a charge of disorderly conduct March 11 in Farmington, he was fined $350. A charge of refusing to sign criminal summons March 11 in Farmington was dismissed.

Nathan Jovin, 30, of Hallowell was charged with leaving the scene of motor vehicle accident March 18 in Stratton. He was fined $100. For a charge of failing to make oral or written accident report March 18 in Stratton, he was fined $300.

Robert T. Judd, 25, of Livermore Falls was charged with forgery Sept. 2 in Chesterville. He was fined $100 and ordered to make restitution of $101. For a charge of negotiating a worthless instrument Sept. 2 in Chesterville, he was fined $100.

Sharri F. Justard, 41, of Rumford was charged with driving under the influence April 1 in Farmington. She was fined $400, sentenced for 48 hours, her license was suspended for 90 days and she was ordered to perform 20 hours of community service.

Lianne M. Koczur, 20, of Ware, Mass., was charged with being a minor possessing liquor May 1 in Farmington. Koczur was fined $200.

Victoria L. Labree, 40, of New Vineyard was charged with driving under the influence April 24 in Farmington. She was fined $400, sentenced for 48 hours and her license was suspended for 90 days.

David R. Lakin, 23, of Lewiston was charged with theft by unauthorized use of property Oct. 22 in Avon. He was sentenced for nine months. Charges of criminal trespass and obstructing the reporting of a crime Oct. 22 in Avon was dismissed. For a charge of violating condition of release Oct. 22 in Avon, he was sentenced for nine months. Carol A. Murphy, 60, of New Sharon was charged with four counts of failing to have a license or permit March 22 in New Sharon. All four charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Ryan M. Murphy, 24, of Biddeford was charged with possession of marijuana Feb. 10 in Farmington. He was fined $200.
