RANGELEY – The first Orgonon Festival was such a success that Friends of the Wilhelm Reich Museum have decided to do it again. They will sponsor a Chinese Auction from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 4, at the museum’s conference center on Dodge Pond Road. A craft fair will also be held.

Items to be auctioned include an autographed book by William Wegman, a fall foliage trip to Rangeley with two nights lodging for two in a cottage at Orgonon, a 25-minute scenic flight with Lake Region Air, green fees and a golf cart for two at Mingo Springs Golf Course, and to complete the day, a dinner for two at Bald Mountain Camps. Many gift certificates for goods and services have been donated by Rangeley businesses.

Along with the auction, Frank and Audrey Stevens will display an assortment of detailed handmade wooden toys and hand-knit goods. Joe and Lu-Ann Marston will be there with some crafts and an assortment of hand-knit items.

Food will also be on sale all day; a children’s table will be available as well, as other fun activities for the whole family.
