PARIS – Perry Palmer became the newest member of the Oxford Hills Rotary Club at an induction ceremony on Aug. 11.

Palmer is a former Rotarian and served as president in 1997 to 1998. He received the Rotarian of the Year Award in 1993. He is also a multiple Paul Harris Fellow and his wife, Sue, and both parents are also Paul Harris Fellows.

Rotary International was founded in 1905 and is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. The theme is “Celebrate Rotary.” The Oxford Hills Club was chartered in 1983 and is in its 21st year.
