LEWISTON ā€“ Georgette P. Clement, 80, of 104 Baird Ave., Lewiston died peacefully surrounded by her entire family Saturday, Aug. 28, at dā€™ Youville Pavilion.

She was born in Lewiston on April 2, 1924, the daughter of Joseph and Florianne (Bergeron) Samson and had been a resident of this community all her life.

On July 20, 1944, she married Armand Clement and they recently celebrated 60 years of marriage together. She was a waitress having worked many years at the Round House Restaurant. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, quilting, gardening and square dancing. Mrs. Clement also loved to cook.

Besides her husband, she is survived by one son, Paul Clement, of Turner; one daughter, Ruth Agoglia and her husband, James, of Brockton, Mass.; one sister, Mignonne Cote, of Lewiston; two grandsons, Christopher Agoglio, of Springfield, Mass., and David Agoglio, of Merrick, N.Y.; and several nieces and nephews.
