RUMFORD – A River Valley History-in-Song workshop, presented by Foothills Arts Center, will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 8, at Scrappers Domaine, Canal Street.

It is for adults and youth ages 13 and up. History buffs, musicians and people with no previous history or songwriting experience are welcome. Participants can turn local history into song, led by singer/songwriter Martin Swinger.
