VIENNA – Aaron Coe Neal, 26, of Vienna, died Thursday afternoon, Sept. 2, at his home following a courageous battle with cancer, with his family by his side.

He was born Oct. 26, 1977, in Farmington, the son of Randy and Lori (Meader) Neal. He received his education in Farmington schools and was a 1996 graduate of Mt. Blue High School.

On Aug. 25, he married Margarette “Sally” Ganci. He enjoyed his time working as a carpenter for Dostie Log Homes of Sidney. He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. His favorite times were spent with family.

He was grateful for his “brotherly” relationship with Richard Ganci Jr., with whom he shared his love of football, hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his wife, Sally, of Vienna; his mother and father, Lori and Randy Neal of Vienna; two stepchildren, Mason and Myla Kinsey, both of Vienna; two sisters, Amber Jamison and her husband, Mark, of Vienna and Ashley Neal, of Vienna; maternal grandparents, Linwood and Mary Meader Jr. of Vienna; paternal grandmother, Phyllis Neal, of Vienna; maternal great-grandfather, Linwood Meader Sr., of Farmington; several cousins, aunts and uncles.

He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Ray Neal.
