LITCHFIELD – Patricia Ann Leavitt, 44, of the Topsham area, passed away Friday, Sept. 3, at her daughter’s home in Litchfield after a long, courageous battle with cancer.
She was born Oct. 14, 1959 in Lewiston.
Patty, as many knew and called her, was a beloved mother of three, and a grandmother of seven. She enjoyed buying and selling antiques, and mostly enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She was predeceased by her mother, Pauline Daigle Gagnon, in January, 1974; and a niece, Stephanie Ann in November, 1987.
She is survived by three daughters, Crystal Lynn Minor and her husband, Rod, of Brunswick, Monica Marie Leavitt-Chartier of Bath and her husband, Bill, Charlene Ann St. Laurent and her husband, Jacques, of Litchfield; and their father, Bruce Leavitt, of Bath. Her grandchildren, who knew and loved her as MEME, are Brianna, Cameshia, Roderick (RJ), Hannah, T. Jacques, Tatianna, and Ariana.
She is also survived by her soul mate and companion, Colby Keith, of Sabattus; her parents, Charles and Sharon Gagnon; brothers, Steven and Mike of Van Buren; sister, Tina and her husband, Tom Gardiner, of Monmouth; six step sisters Tashar, Jeanie, Lori, Skip, Dee-Dee, and Amy; and several nieces and nephews.
Patty was a dear friend to Bill W. She will be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched, and all whose lives touched her.
