Dominique Casavant will be speaker. Casavant taught in Algeria. He and his family lived in that African country for a few years. Members, friends and guests are invited.

Grange session

AUBURN – Members of Danville Junction Grange 65 will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 9, at the grange. The program will consist of a planning session for next year and instruction for new officers. Refreshments will be served at the close of the meeting. All members and guests are welcome.

UCT supper

AUBURN – Twin City Council 140, United Commercial Travelers of America, will meet at 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 11, at the Odd Fellows Hall on Elm Street. A spaghetti supper will be served at the close of the meeting.
