I would like the public to know that if a person has access to the Internet, it no longer costs money to see files at the Better Business Bureau.

I didn’t think to check recently before having an appliance repaired and paid dearly in dollars and aggravation.

If a person doesn’t have Internet service, they can still call the BBB in Massachusetts to get information before signing a contract.

But if a person has access to a computer or can get to the library to use theirs, a visit to www.bosbbb.org could save a lot of money and heartache.
