RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.

Adam W. Lovejoy, 18, Mexico, charged with minor possessing liquor on June 18, adjudicated, fined $200.

Gail L. Mackenzie, 63, Rumford, charged with violating chapter 721, title 7, on July 13, adjudicated, fined $75.

Mervin W. McCormack, 38, Long Pond, Pa., charged with failing to have fishing license or permit on July 10, waived, fined $68.

Tanya R. McLean, 34, Andover, charged with motor vehicle speeding, 30 plus miles over the speed limit on June 11, waived, fined $300.

Daniel H. McPherson Jr., 35, Andover, charged with unlawfully permitting ATV operation on June 25, waived, fined $100.

Kendall E. Mooraley, 30, Brooklyn, N.Y., charged with failing to have fishing license or permit on July 10, waived, fined $68.

Kenneth L. Packard, 60, Dixfield, charged with operating under the influence on May 22, found guilty, fined $400, license suspended 90 days.

William F. Scott, 28, Rumford, charged with operating under the influence, and failure to register vehicle on June 5, found guilty on both charges, fined $400, sentenced to 72 hours in Oxford County Jail, stayed, license suspended 90 days and found guilty on second charge, fined $50.

Nicholas O. Smith, 22, Woodstock, charged with disorderly conduct on July 23, dismissed.

Dennis P. Theriault, 47, Rumford, charged with unlawfully permitting AFT operation on May 9, charge filed with no charge.

Clarence Thomas Tompkins, 33, Carthage, charged with criminal trespass and criminal mischief on June 18.

Rebecca A. Weber, 30, Mexico, charged with operating vehicle without a license on June 17, found guilty, fined $100.

Chad I. White, 26, Mexico, charged with sex offender failing to register or update information on June 8, found guilty, fined $250 all but $100 suspended.

Jenny White, 32, Rumford, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 5, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 and ordered to pay restitution of $20 on first charge, found guilty on second charge, fined $125.

Patrick Wilt, 18, Rumford, charged with possessing liquor on June 18, adjudicated, fined $200.
