LIVERMORE FALLS – Directors of SAD 36 face a lengthy agenda when they meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Cedar Street Learning Complex.

In addition to reports from the chairman, superintendent and committees, the board will hear about the technology policy and a high school technology initiative.

They will act on the Brown scholarship award, on an Androscoggin Bank note, vote on whether to authorize borrowing, and consider completing authorization of the board chairman and treasurer to borrow funds.

The proposed building project at the high school will be discussed, enrollment figures will be listed, and the board will take action on a no-charge lunch policy at the middle and high schools. The board will also take action on a proposal to oppose passage of the Palesky tax cap initiative on the Nov. 2 statewide ballot.
