POLAND – The annual Poland Community Day on Saturday, Sept. 11, will feature an Air Force flyover and an Air Force rock band.
Organizers chose the theme “Freedom Forever” to honor those who protect and serve the country.
The highlight will be a patriotic ceremony at 10 a.m. at the Poland Community School, with speeches and musical performances to show appreciation for the nation’s military personnel and local emergency workers.
The day will start with a 7 a.m. pancake breakfast, catered by local Boy Scouts, with a parade following at 9 a.m. All daytime events will be outside Poland Community School and on Town Hall grounds.
