DIXFIELD – Selectmen face a host of items at their meeting at 4:30 p.m. today in the town office.
Agenda topics include the appointment of a public works director, road ordinance revisions, an amendment to the personnel policy, a SAD 21 board appointment, and the right of way from Sugarloaf Avenue to T.W. Kelly Dirigo Middle School.
Also, the board is to determine the height, color and design of new 911 numbers to be placed on town homes, decide on use of the town logo on products for sale, consider revised bylaws of the Water Advisory Committee, and discuss water system improvements.
Because the meeting is the board’s first of the month, department heads are to report on their monthly activities. The code enforcement officer, Jay Bernard, is to provide an update on junkyards, and Patrolman Mark Dow is to be recognized.
A closed-door session is planned to consider a real estate matter.
