All of the following are to be arraigned on or before Nov. 2 in Rumford District Court:

• Raymond Lane, 25, of Mexico, on a warrant for failure to pay fines, on Sept. 9.

• Robert Belanger, 46, of Hampton, N.H., on a charge of cruelty to animals for reportedly leaving a springer spaniel tied to a car bumper for five hours on a hot day, on Sept. 3 in the Mexico Wal-Mart parking lot.

• A 13-year-old Mexico boy, on a charge of criminal trespass, on Aug. 31.

• A 15-year-old Mexico boy, on a charge of criminal trespass and operating an unregistered all-terrain vehicle, on Aug. 31.

• Betsey Williams, 34, of Rumford, on a charge of domestic assault, on Aug. 31.

• Brandon Windover, 30, of Mexico, on charges of criminal trespass and violation of conditions of release, on Aug. 28.

• A 17-year-old Rumford boy, on charges of furnishing liquor to a minor and escape, on Aug. 20.

• A 17-year-old Rumford girl, on charges of possession of Darvocet, a narcotic analgesic, and possession of alcohol, on Aug. 19.

• A 14-year-old Rumford boy, on charges of burglary and criminal mischief, on Aug. 17.
