LISBON – The featured artist at the next Lisbon Teen Center Coffee Shop Open Mic and Showcase Wednesday, Sept. 22, will be Final Edit. This is a new project put together by Brian Soucy, a Lisbon musician and member of The Maine Songwriters Association.
This show features a mixture of original and cover songs, including folk, classic rock, folk/rock and Blues tunes. Final Edit performs with live vocals and finger style rhythm and lead guitar along with a complementary virtual drum and bass backup.
The show for all ages will start at 7 p.m. at the teen center, 32 Main St. in Lisbon Falls, next to the fire station. An open mike session will conclude the evening; the sign-up for the open mike is at 6:30 p.m. For more information, people can call 353-3010.
There is no cover charge. Coffee and other beverages will be sold.
