AUBURN – Evelyn B. Pearson, 93, who was a resident at the Odd Fellows and Rebekahs Home of Maine, 85 Caron Lane, since Dec. 2000, died Wednesday, Sept. 15, at the home.

Born in Winthrop, Dec. 26, 1910, the daughter of Frank and Dora Diamond Ingham, her family moved to Lewiston when she was very young. She received her education in Lewiston, graduating from Jordan High School. She was married to Harold Pearson, who died in February of 1981.

She and her husband owned a home and broiler plant business on Old Hotel Road in Auburn for 35 years.

Mrs. Pearson was a past noble grand of Liberty Rebekah Lodge, joining in 1950, was a life-member of the Pine Cone Chapter of Eastern Star, joining in 1952, past chief of the Pythian Sisters and past president of Viola Circle.

Survivors include her sisters and brothers from the Rebekah Lodge, the Eastern Star and extended family at Odd Fellows and Rebekahs Home.

She was predeceased by three sisters and a brother.
