• Sally Vance, 27, of Norway, on a charge of violating conditions of release, on Aug. 11.

• Kenneth Demars, 36, of Carthage, on a charge of stealing drugs, on Aug. 10.

• A 16-year-old Mexico boy, on a charge of operating an all-terrain vehicle to endanger, on Aug. 5.
