Co-Chairs Dan Goff and Mary Curtis announce that renowned author James Dodson will play in this year’s event. Dodson has won several Golf Writers of America Awards for his columns in Golf Magazine, for whom he has worked almost two decades.

His most current work, the authorized biography of Ben Hogan titled “Ben Hogan: An American Life,” will be a gift from the Golf Committee to those participating in the tournament.
Dodson’s career also includes several major writing awards, helping to design the Links at Highland Green in Topsham and developing a playing handicap of 5.6.
