RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.

Mark P. Barrett, 39, Rumford, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on July 20, transferred to Superior Court.

Craig J. Blanchard, 35, Livermore, charged with being a habitual offender on May 14, transferred to Superior Court.

Kevin A. Bradley, 28, Rumford, charged with gross sexual assault on Aug. 4, transferred to Superior Court.

Benjamin L. Brown, 22, Center Lovell, charged with eluding an officer on May 31, transferred to Superior Court.

Gilbert M. Christopher, 41, Greenwood, charged with operating a vehicle after revocation on June 18 and operating under the influence on June 19, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

James Coady, 30, Canton, charged with eluding an officer on June 9, dismissed.

Jason D. Cole, 23, Rumford, charged with assault and violation condition of release on June 30, both charges sent to jury trial.

Peter John Cunningham Jr., 20, South Paris, charged with two counts of aggravated assault on May 10, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Richard F. Diplacido, 39, Bethel, charged with failing to extinguish a fire on July 21, waived, fined $100.

Jonathan B. Downs, 22, Andover, charged with aggravated criminal mischief on Aug. 5, transferred to Superior Court.

Glen S. Dubois, 27, Rumford, charged with assault and terrorizing on July 8, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Jesse R. Farrington, 20, Andover, charged with aggravated criminal mischief on Aug. 5, transferred to Superior Court.

Charles A. Gaura, 20, Andover, charged with aggravated criminal mischief on Aug. 5, transferred to Superior Court.

Richard J. Hamel, 65, Rumford, charged with operating under the influence on July 12, sent to jury trial.

Jesse L. Merrill, 19, Mexico, charged with two counts of burglary on June 6, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Michael Patterson, 32, Dixfield, charged with assault on June 30, found guilty, fined $75.

Scott B. Pike, 21, Rumford, charged with two counts of aggravated assault on May 10, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Ellen E. Preston, 50, Epsom, N.H., charged with failure to display a lake and river protection sticker on Aug. 7, waived, fined $100.

John W. Rowman, 63, Nashua, N.H., charged with failure to display a lake and river protection sticker on July 21, waived, fined $100.

Hector Salgado, 52, New London, Conn., charged with criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on June 5, transferred to Superior Court.

Sally J. Vance, 27, Norway, charged with violating condition of release on Aug. 11, sent to jury trial.
