I heard John Kerry’s campaign speech Sept. 20. He’s doing a great job at bashing President Bush. He keeps saying that President Bush never tells the truth. So, then, what is the truth? Information and reports come from a wide variety of sources. Who can be trusted to tell the truth?

I noticed that he makes a few suggestions as to what a president should do. But he doesn’t make any commitments or promises about what he would do if elected.

What are his plans and goals and how does he plan to achieve them? Is he going to talk our ears off for four years or is he going to do something great?

Recently, I read an editorial that he would turn control of U.S. military forces to the United Nations. That would be great. Now Russia and China could control our military forces and everything would be just fine, for them.

By the way, he protested the Vietnam War. I hope he’s aware that the other JFK got us in that mess. It was not President Bush.

Instead of criticizing Mr. Bush, Mr. Kerry should tell us about himself. And, please, bury that Swift Boat story.
