Regarding questions 1 and 2 on the November ballot:

Question 1 is the answer in two ways. One, it truly makes local government responsible to the voting residents. Not to pass Question 1 would give the powers that be the mandate to do as they wish. Remember, they still could do a revaluation on real estate. Second, the saving on taxes would boost the economy as the saving on taxes could be used to increase spending in the local economy.

Question 2 is a no-brainer when I think of bear cubs being chased down by a pack of well-trained hunting dogs some distance ahead of the hunter.

Therefore, I will be voting yes on questions 1 and 2 this November.
