In my lifetime, there have been many things that the government has messed up. There are areas that come to mind: First is the Vietnam War and second is the current war in Iraq. But the most important is figuring out how much those two wars have cost the American taxpayers and why we can’t allocate a part of that amount for Alzheimer’s research. One billion dollars would do.

We should be ashamed for what will be a major epidemic in this country, yet we spend those millions overseas.

Something is wrong with that picture.
