My participation on the River Valley Growth Council has given me firsthand knowledge of the opportunities and hurdles that face us. After looking over the field of candidates, I have come to the conclusion that I support Bruce Bryant for state Senate.

Bruce has helped bring over $1 million to the River Valley Growth Council’s most important projects. Namely, he was an early supporter of the Technology Center and aided in getting $750,000 in state funds for the refurbishment of the old bag mill. He also helped arrange for $75,000 per year in operating support of the Tech Center and $150,000 in state support for the biomass conversion technologies and agriculture projects that the Growth Council is pursuing.

We need to have experienced, effective legislators supporting us, and I feel that Bruce Bryant should be our senator. He certainly has my vote.
