• James M. White Jr., 21, of Rumford, on a charge of criminal speeding, at 5:05 p.m. on Sept. 29. He was released on $250 unsecured bail.

• Danielle Lambert, 35, of Rumford, on a charge of domestic assault, at 7:35 p.m. on Sept. 28. She was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

• Tammy Welch, 33, of Rumford, on a charge of domestic assault, at 12:40 p.m. on Sept. 28. She was released on $500 unsecured bail.

• John Flaherty, 46, of Rumford, on a charge of accomplice liability (not preventing a crime), at 11:53 a.m. on Sept. 28. He was released on $5,000 surety bail.

• Timothy Flaherty, 44, of Rumford, on a felony charge of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon (a pipe), at 11:53 a.m. on Sept. 28. He was released on $5,000 surety bail.

• Chandra Sanfratello, 25, of Rumford, on charges of disorderly conduct and simple assault, at 9:30 p.m. on Sept. 28. She was released on $250 unsecured bail.

• A 14-year-old Rumford boy, on a charge of burglary, at 4:40 p.m. on Sept. 26. He was released to a parent.

• A 17-year-old Rumford boy, on a charge of burglary, at 4:40 p.m. on Sept. 26. He was released to parents.

• Louisa Ryan, 41, of Rumford, on a charge of operating under the influence, at 12:45 a.m. Sept. 26 at a police OUI roadblock on Falmouth Street. She was released on $500 unsecured bail.

• Allen Scott, 45, of Mexico, on Oxford County warrants for failure to appear on charges of operating after suspension and attachment of false plates, at 1:45 a.m. Sept. 26 at a police OUI roadblock on Lincoln Avenue. He was released on $200 cash bail.

• Jason Buotte, 21, of Rumford, on a charge of disorderly conduct, at 11:48 p.m. on Sept. 22. He was released on $400 unsecured bail.

• Kera M. Radcliff, 18, of Rumford, on a charge of domestic assault, at 11:41 p.m. on Sept. 22. She was released on $300 unsecured bail.

• A 14-year-old Rumford boy, on a charge of disorderly conduct, at 11:48 a.m. on Sept. 22 at Mountain Valley High School. He was released to a parent.

• Joshua Benning, 23, of Portland, on an Androscoggin County warrant, at 10:30 p.m. on Sept. 20. Bail was denied and he was taken to Oxford County jail in Paris.

• Ryan L. Blaisdell, 23, of Rumford, on a charge of violation of conditions of release, at 12:05 a.m. on Sept. 19. He was taken to Oxford County jail.

• A 17-year-old Rumford girl, on a charge of criminal threatening, at 8:16 p.m. on Sept. 19. She was turned over to parents.
