PARIS – Bruce Hanley, a candidate for state representative in House District 94, is holding a summit on jobs and the economy on Monday.

Hanley has invited selectmen from each of the towns in the district and has asked representatives from the Oxford Hills Chamber of Commerce and the Oxford Hills Growth Council to attend.

The summit is set for 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 18, at the conference room of the Oxford Title Co., 4 Church St., Paris, across from the Paris Library and Town Office.

“I welcome the opportunity to meet with all the people in my district that are interested in helping me draft legislation that will create a business climate that will allow us to attract good businesses and bring good-paying jobs to our area,” Hanley said in a prepared statement.

Hanley is the Republican candidate for the district representing Buckfield, Hartford, Paris and Sumner.
