The names are Hannity, Boortz, Coulter, Savage and Ingraham. Their pulpits are Talk Radio and Fox Cable News. Their message is one of fear and hatred.

The Republican Party has a propaganda network that would make a dictator green with envy.

The Republican propagandists would have us believe that Democrats are each and every one homosexuals. They portray Democrats as unpatriotic at best and treasonous at worst, and that they would hand over the keys to the country to the first terrorist who comes strolling down Interstate 95.

After all the time and money spent to get out the vote by both parties and state, local and federal governments, these hatchet men and character assassins will tell us not to vote if we cannot vote for Kerry or Bush.

The problem is that there are people who believe these purveyors of half-truths and twisted facts. There are people who believe wholeheartedly that heroes are cowards and cowards are heroes.

Well, the people of Germany believed and look what happened to them.

Instead of shouting “four more years – God bless America” perhaps we should be shouting “four more years – God help America!”
