LEWISTON – Prominent pianist Frank Glazer will be joined by violist Scott Woolweaver, a colleague from the New England Piano Quartette, for a concert Friday, Oct. 29, at Bates College. The concert will begin at 8 p.m. in the Olin Arts Center Concert, 75 Russell St.
The concert is open to the public at no charge.
The pair will perform music by Brahms, Schumann, Frank Bridge and Rebecca Clarke.
Bates College artist-in-residence Glazer is a musician of international stature. His long career includes numerous recordings, compositions, countless solo recitals and performances with orchestras and chamber ensembles, including the New England Piano Quartette, of which he was a founder.
