PORTLAND (AP) – A 16-year-old Portland boy was stabbed to death Thursday at a Congress Street apartment, police said.

The victim, identified as Jarmaine Ramirez, was pronounced dead at Maine Medical Center shortly after the 4:30 p.m. attack.

Police were seeking two male suspects who fled by car with two female companions.
