NORWAY – A free workshop for people interested in starting a small business is scheduled from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 3, at the Norway Town Office community room.

The session is sponsored by the Oxford Hills Service Corps of Retired Executives, along with the Androscoggin Valley Council of Governments, Community Concepts and the U.S. Small Business Administration. Participants will learn what they need to have and know in order to start or acquire a small business. SCORE’s four workshops are scheduled to begin Jan. 5.
