I am pleased to see that my friend Tim Carter is seeking a seat in the state Legislature. Tim and I are of different parties, but he was always great to discuss politics with and never got angry though we often disagreed.

He’s an honest man, and I know he would carry out his responsibilities to the best of his ability. He’s had many years of experience in the farming industry, as well as woodland management. He’s served effectively on several commissions and committees to support agriculture. I feel confident that he’d get out there and pay attention to the needs of his constituents.
