NORWAY – Betty and Paul Arsenault of Norway, along with Sheila and Don Smith of Harrison, are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Jennifer Arsenault and Andrew Smith.

Miss Arsenault attended the University of Maine at Farmington, majoring in rehabilitation services.

Mr. Smith attended the University of Maine at Farmington, majoring in history.

A July 9 wedding is planned at the Balsams Grand Resort Hotel.
