SABATTUS – Dana and Janet Damren of Augusta are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Melissa Damren of Sabattus, to Zack Delehanty of Sabattus, son of Harry and Cheryl Stilphen of Auburn and Larry Delehanty of Lewiston.
Miss Damren is a 1996 graduate of Cony High School in Augusta and a 1999 graduate of Central Maine Technical College with an associate degree in nursing. She is attending the University of Southern Maine for a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She is employed as a registered nurse at d’Youville Pavilion.
Mr. Delehanty is a 1998 graduate of Lewiston High School and attended Central Maine Technical College. He received his apprenticeship at Wahlco Metroflex in Lewiston in 2002 and is employed as a metal fabricator at Wahlco Metroflex.
The couple has been engaged since Dec. 19 and they are making plans for a June 25 wedding at 5 p.m. at the Bates College Chapel.
