RUMFORD – The Rumford Public Library will hold a seminar titled Lifestyle Connections at 6:30 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 25 and 26. Guest speaker will be Dr. Rick Marden of Elsemore Dixfield Clinic. Admission is free.
