David G. Ackerley, 50, Lewiston, charged with assault and criminal threatening on April 30, both charges dismissed.

Joshua Alexander, 18, Lewiston, charged with criminal mischief and assault on June 24, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 on first charge, fined $100 on second charge.

Joshua Allen, 21, Auburn, charged with operating after suspension and attaching false motor vehicle plates on June 28, found guilty on first charge, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended; second charge dismissed.

Archies Inc., Mexico, charged with a defective low air warning device rule violation on July 22, found guilty, fined $100.

Kevin S. Ayer, 38, Lewiston, charged with violating a protective order and violation of condition of release on Aug. 15, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to five days for each charge.

Nathan H. Barnett, 23, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 30, found guilty, fined $100.

Nicholas Boulay, 22, Auburn, charged with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident on April 21, 2002, and two counts of carrying concealed weapons on Sept. 7, 2002, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, fined $150 for each charge.
