RUMFORD – A Health and Wellness seminar will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 27, at Roberts Chiropractic Wellness Care, 43 Exchange St. There is no admission fee. Guest speakers will be Janet Brown and Lashell Moon. Discussion will include whole foods and nutritional supplements.
