AUBURN – The Corporate and Community Services department at Central Maine Community College is offering the popular program Fish! Philosophy (CCS 071-01) on from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 4.

The daylong seminar is $95 and includes the Fish! Play book, lunch and a certificate of completion.

The Fish! Philosophy uses an engaging metaphor as a model to improve employee retention, create excellent internal and external customer service and prevent stress and burnout. Participants will learn the four components of this unique philosophy in an interactive and fun workshop and they leave with ideas to incorporate the Fish! Philosophy in their workplace.

Jim Handy, Fish! Expert, facilitates this interactive program.

Handy is a professional trainer and consultant in the areas of communication and customer service.
