I’m writing in support of Rob Cameron for state Senate.
Rob served several terms in the House of Representatives and left because of term limits. He worked hard for his constituents and placed partisan politics secondary to the needs of the citizens he represented.
On a personal level, in 1995, I worked with Rep. Cameron on a bill that allowed properly trained optometrists to treat glaucoma. Due in large part to his support, glaucoma patients in rural areas can now be treated locally.
Rob is a mill worker, a farmer and a committed family man. As a former legislator, he knows how to get the job done. Our area and our state need the experience and character of individuals such as Rob Cameron.
