When I compare the voting records of Sen. Neria Douglass and Rep. Lois Snowe-Mello, it’s clear that Neria Douglass should be re-elected.

Neria voted for Maine RxPlus (LD 1634), the discounts on prescription drugs bill and for Dirigo health (LD 1611), which offers affordable health care for the uninsured and small businesses.

Snowe-Mello did not support these health care bills. Snowe-Mello voted against banning arsenic in wood for playground construction (LD 1309), against increasing the minimum wage (LD 673), against deferring the legislative pay increase (LD 1840), against assisting registered transport providers to comply with the booster seat law (LD 644) and against emergency contraception (LD 1152). Neria Douglass supported all these bills and will continue to work hard on behalf of District 15 voters.
