LEWISTON – The wedding of Lisa Ann Furbish and Donald Raymond Beauchesne was held at 1 p.m. on Sept. 18 at Bates College Chapel. Richard R. Beauchesne, Esq., brother of the bridegroom, officiated at the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of James Furbish of Wiscasset and Helen Furbish of Bath. The bridegroom is the son of Joanne and David Bergeron of Lewiston and the late Richard R. Beauchesne.

She was given in marriage by her son, John Moore. Gail Griffin, friend of the bride, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Jessica Moore, daughter of the bride, and Amanda Beauchesne, daughter of the bridegroom. Mackenzie Rheinholstein, granddaughter of the bride, served as flower girl.

Nick Beauchesne, son of the bridegroom, performed the duties of best man. Ushers were Robert Beauchesne, brother of the bridegroom, and David Bergeron, stepfather of the bridegroom. Matthew Beauchesne, nephew of the bridegroom, served as ring bearer.

A reception followed at the Fireside Inn in Auburn, after which the couple traveled to the White Mountains of New Hampshire for a romantic honeymoon.

The bride is a graduate of Morse High School in Bath and is currently employed at Bath Iron Works. The bridegroom is a 1982 graduate of Lewiston High School and is also employed at Bath Iron Works as an electrician.
