LEWISTON – The Androscoggin Chapter of the Maine Women’s Network is dedicating its Nov. 5 networking luncheon to “Healthy Eating for the Holidays.”

Mary Ann Larson, certified health education specialist and personal trainer for Healthy Solutions, will discuss ways to help improve eating habits through the holiday season and continue it through the rest of the year. She will share some healthy alternatives for holiday gatherings and meetings.

The luncheon will be held at and catered by the Good Shepherd Food Bank. A tour will be provided and volunteers are welcome to stay after the program to help in many areas.

Cost is $12 for members, $14 for nonmembers if prepaid by Nov. 3. At the door the charge is $14 for members, $16 for nonmembers. Advanced registration is recommended and is nonrefundable.
