AUBURN – Constance D. Simpson, 72, of Auburn, passed away peacefully at her home with her family by her side on Sunday, Oct. 31.
She was born in Lewiston, Jan. 28, 1932, and a graduate of Lewiston High School. She was an avid bridge player who achieved a Sectional Master. She enjoyed playing cards, traveling, and trips to Atlantic City. She loved life to the fullest. Her greatest joy was being with her family.
She is survived by four sons, Timothy and his wife, Karen, of Auburn, Mark and his wife, Sharen, of Auburn, John, of Texas, James and his wife, Angela, of Arizona; a loving daughter, Mary Elizabeth, of Lewiston; her brother, Valmore Drouin, of Florida; four sisters, Gertrude and her husband, Dominique Plourde, of Lewiston, Margaret Renaud, of California, Bernice LaChance, of Connecticut; and six grandchildren, Brandon, Ryan, Eric, Lindsey, Christopher, and Sarah.
She was predeceased by her parents, George and Aurore Drouin, and her loving husband, Thomas E. Simpson.
She will be sadly missed by many, many friends and family.
