SHELTON, Conn. – Juliette I. (Hamel) Bergeron, 99, beloved wife of the late Ulric Bergeron, entered into eternal rest Thursday, Nov. 2, at Hewitt Memorial. She was formerly of 3 Stoughton Road and had been a resident of Southington for 50 years.

Born April 5, 1905, in St. Ephrem, Quebec, daughter of the late Alphonse and Nelida (Bolduc) Hamel. She resided in Southington for many years before moving to Shelton in 2001.

Prior to her retirement she was employed at Allied Control. She had been a parishioner of St. Thomas Church and had made her first communion at the church. She had been a member of the Calendar House in Southington.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by four sisters, Bertha Desjardins, Edith Masselli, Cecile Hamel, Alice Fortier, five brothers, Majorique, Ovida, Rosario, Armand, and Fernand Hamel.
