LEWISTON – South of the Border moved into a tie for first place in the B-1 Division of the Multi-Purpose Center Coed Volleyball League Wednesday night. The Southies swept 3 games from The House Doctor, 21-17, 21-12, 25-23.
The other co-leader, Bangkok Garden, took 2 of 3 from Legends in a battle for first place, 21-14, 16-21, 24-22. Both South of the Border and Bangkok Garden are 12-3.
In other action, CarQuest Auto moved into a tie for fourth place by taking 2 of 3 from Ducharme Masonry, 15-21, 21-17, 21-12.
Margarita’s-Sherb Signs kept Can U Dig It winless by sweeping 3, 21-7, 21-10, 21-10; and GE won all 3 from Women’s Fitness and Personal Training, 21-12, 21-10, 21-11.
