INDUSTRY – Northern Lites Snowmobile Club of Industry and Farmington will meet at 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 8, at the Industry Town Hall. Conley Gould of LifeStar Ambulance Service will given a presentation on first aid and cold weather safety.

Light refreshments will be served. The meeting is open to the public, and all those interested are welcome to attend.

The club has decided not to put on a harvest supper this fall. They will put more fund-raising emphasis on super raffle ticket sales.

Charlie Churchill is in charge of ticket sales and may be reached at 778-2739 for more tickets.

The club welcomed three new members, Lisa Clemmey, Patty Lovell and Bill Ross. Membership Chairman Andre Belanger, 491-2535, challenged each member to get a new member to join the club. New members are needed and are welcome.

Members and friends participated in a work party on Oct. 23. Charlie Churchill, Ted Nutting, Bud Adams, Rodney Adams, Jeff Ryder and Andre Belanger staked out a re-routed trail on Bailey Hill. Churchill also reported that the club’s new drag sled has arrived at Trask’s Inc. and will be picked up this week.
