DIXFIELD – The Dixfield Historical Society will hold its last meeting until spring at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 11, in the Ludden Memorial Library Community Room.

Catherine Calef will present her bicentennial handmade quilt to the society, and quilters from the area will speak about the meaning of quilts over the years.

The Community Room is handicapped accessible. The public is invited, and light refreshments will be served.
