AUBURN – The New Auburn Senior Citizens will hold a memorial service for deceased members at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 17, at St. Louis Church, Dunn Street. A turkey dinner will follow at noon. Cost is $3, for members only and tickets must be purchased by Wednesday, Nov. 10.

The regular meeting was held Nov. 3 with President Virginia Levasseur presiding. November birthdays were noted and small gifts given. Tickets for the Christmas dinner at Martindale on Sunday, Dec. 5, are on sale now. It will be a buffet and cost is $10 for members only. Social hour will be from 11 a.m. to noon with dinner at noon. Present Company will provide entertainment, followed by door prizes. Tickets must be purchased by Wednesday, Nov. 24.

A trip to Foxwoods is being offered Tuesday, Dec. 7, and the Christmas decorations will be up. For more information, call Jean at 784-5264.

Pot of gold winners were Gloria Bilier, Norm Gagnon, Romeo Lepage and Irene Lonegan. The meeting adjourned and a light lunch was served with bingo following. The next meeting will be Wednesday, Dec. 1.
