WILTON – Edna Tyler-Rose is the new chairman of the Franklin Resource Network, the Healthy Community Coalition announced.
Born in Wilton, she is a graduate of the University of Maine at Farmington with a bachelor of science degree in psychosocial rehabilitation and Springfield College with a master of science degree in community psychology. She is a licensed social worker and the program manager of Elder Services for Community Concepts Inc. She has five children, 12 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
The mission of the Franklin Resource Network is to maximize resources in greater Franklin County, enabling elders, people with disabilities, caregivers, and all residents to easily find information about, and gain access to, services and opportunities to contribute their gifts and talents.
